Welcoming The Barrientos Scholarship Foundation To The Lozafina Team
The Lozafina team is pleased to warmly welcome the Barrientos Scholarship Foundation as our most recent partnership.
The Barrientos Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating the financial challenges high-achieving Latino students face. By recognizing their academic excellence, community service, strong character and personal drive, the foundation seeks to reduce the economic barriers to higher in-state education in light of the increasing cost of college.
With partners like Nebraska Furniture Mart, Omaha Public Power District, CHI Health and Cinco de Mayo!, the BSF has rewarded Latino students over $335,000 since its founding year, 2005. The organization also hosts its grand annual golf tournament to continue its mission and increase the number of scholarships awarded.
Lozafina is excited to announce that we will conduct a website refresh for the Barrientos Scholarship Foundation. Our team will update and enhance the site to better reflect the foundation's mission and support its efforts in providing financial assistance to deserving Latino students.
