Celebrating the Success of Our Lozafina Graduates Tally Velasco and Michelle Vega
We’re squealing with excitement at the Lozafina office today as we honor two outstanding members of our team, Xitlally "Tally" Velasco and Michelle Vega, who are graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Tally joined Lozafina a year ago and Michelle joined us earlier this year through the sports communication internship co-created with our valued client, EPIC for Girls, a program designed to provide more opportunities for girls of color to consider sports as a career beyond the field and courts.
Xitlally "Tally" Velasco
Tally Velasco has been an exceptional Senior Digital Content Curator at Lozafina. As a journalism student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with a concentration in public relations and advertising and a minor in Psychology, Tally has shown immense dedication and talent. A first-generation college student with roots in Oaxaca, Mexico, Tally has brought a unique perspective and creativity to our team. Her interests in copywriting, editing, marketing, social media management, and event planning have been invaluable to our projects.
Tally, we are incredibly proud of your growth and achievements. Your hard work and passion have been evident in everything you do, and we are excited to see where your career takes you next. Congratulations on your graduation!
Michelle Vega
Michelle Vega, our talented Communications Specialist, has been a driving force behind the Girl Talk Sports Marketing & Communications Internship Program. As a graphic design student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Goodrich Scholarship Scholar, Michelle has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence and innovation. Her contributions have significantly enhanced our communications strategies and visual storytelling.
