Omaha Community Playhouse Launches Inaugural Trunk or Treat & Resource Fair
The Omaha Community Playhouse is excited to host its first-ever Trunk or Treat Community Resource Fair on Saturday, October 19th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Playhouse campus at 6915 Cass Street. This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to enjoy the Halloween season while connecting with local organizations.
The event will feature trunks themed after classic Halloween movies from agencies across Omaha, giving families the opportunity to collect candy and treats
From 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the event will offer an accessibility hour for individuals who need a sensory-friendly environment or require additional time to enjoy the activities. During this hour, loud music, active costumes, and other potential sensory triggers will be reduced, ensuring a comfortable experience.
General admission will run from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with the trunk or treating taking place across various booths and spaces to keep the flow smooth and enjoyable for all attendees.
Everyone is encouraged to come in costume and bring the whole family for a day of treats, community connections, and Halloween fun.
