The One Community Cultural Festival (OCCF), presented by the Nebraska Chinese Association, returns for its third season at The River Front in Gene Leahy Mall on Saturday from 1-9 p.m.

The NCA is a 100% volunteer-based non-profit organization. With the help of volunteers who dedicate their time and financial support, the NCA can embrace its mission and its vision for the local community.

The OCCF proudly stands as the Omaha metro area’s first and largest multi-cultural festival. NCA’s mission aims to preserve and promote Chinese culture and heritage, to raise awareness of cultural diversity, and to give back to the community. Its vision is to strive to cultivate understandings between Chinese and American cultures through educational programs and cultural events like the OCCF.

This year, the NCA is partnering with the RiverFront and the Omaha Symphony to jointly host and coordinate the free event. The festival will spotlight the talents of our local community and non-profit cultural organizations through captivating traditional musical performances from across the globe. Visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a rich tapestry of ethnic performances, savor diverse cuisines, explore arts and crafts, and participate in cultural and educational activities.
