The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Southwest Iowa will be hosting its third annual Ride 4 Resilience and Recovery Bike Ride on Saturday, June 17, with a kickoff time of 7 a.m.

Riders can choose to start or stop at six different trailheads on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail, including stops in Council Bluffs, Mineola, Silver City, Imogene, Malvern, and Shenandoah. All skill levels are encouraged to participate as the trail is relatively flat with plenty of shade.

Riders and supporters can join together at the Iowa West Foundation Trailhead Park between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. for a free-will donation pancake feed featuring a local legend, The Pancake Man.

Those wishing to ride can register here. Or, check out the trail map here.
