Did you know that dancing helps with everything from tress relief to weight management? Get in on the action during a high energy class in a judgement free atmosphere!
Dance Club is a community movement class for anyone interested. This class is a style of movement and technique that lives somewhere between modern and contemporary.
There will be a warm up at the begining, followed by a jazzercise routine, then a choreographic combo taught at a moderate pace before a cool down.
Local nonprofit tbd. Dance Collective will be leading the class. The organization believes that movement can be a “platform for communication and connection.”
