City Sprouts is hosting its annual fundraiser, Farm Fest, on Saturday, October 19 at The Venue at the Highlander.

City Sprouts is an Omaha-based nonprofit that works with residents, volunteers, and interns to grow local produce, and educate residents on how to utilize that produce, therefore improving community health, building local food systems, and empowering neighborhoods.

At the event, supporters can expect to taste delicious foods and jams made from the produce grown at the community farm. City Sprouts will also be announcing the winner of the Community Cultivator Award.

Online ticket sales are closed, but City Sprouts will be selling tickets at the door for $45.
