Celebrate Cinco De Mayo a day early at the MULA Block Party. MULA, a Mexican kitchen & tequilaria, will be serving up margarita’s in the margarita garden, as well as tacos, jello-o shots and plenty of tequila.

The DJ line up includes Javin, Angela Spice, and Sharkweek.

With over 10 years of experience performing as a DJ and helping create fun memories for people through good music, DJing has been and continues to be the highlight of my day. Every room I play in, from high energy nightlife events, exquisite soirees for top brands, festivals, fashion shows, arenas of 18,000+ attendees, to helping kick off the show for fans of artists such as Pitbull and Lil Nas X; my goal is to bring that energy and connection through music and maximize each person’s experience in the room (or home/car if you’re catching my radio show on SiriusXM!)

I pride myself in diversity, inclusivity and I love creating connections with people through music. This translates through the events I perform at, the music I love sharing, & overall how I identify as the DJ. Trusted as a diverse multi-genre DJ who performs weekly as a radio DJ, a nightlife DJ, the in-arena DJ for Phoenix Mercury during WNBA season, and a Phoenix Suns DJ during NBA season, I show up to every event looking forward to executing my goals of an enhanced experience for my clientele and the excitement of creating great memories.

ANGIE SPENCE

Angie's love for House Music began in the 90's, after attending her first rave in her hometown of Ottawa, Canada. She fell in love with the dance floor and the feeling of unity that the music and people brought to the underground scene. Angie quickly became passionate about the music and worked to promote events for local and international clubs and DJs. More than 20 years later, her love for the music, the scene and the dance floor led her to pursue the inevitable dream of becoming a DJ herself, and sharing her passion. She has played for many events and clubs over the past four years. Angie is a resident DJ for the past three years at Omaha Fashion Week, as well as playing local music Omaha music event, MAHA festival for the past three years. She continues to throw her own events with other top DJs including veterans to the scene, Moonbeam Jones, Joeski, David Harness, Colette, Jason Hodges, Phantoms, Ducky, Walker & Royce, Gettoblaster & Alexis Tucci. With residencies at local clubs such as Barnato, The Tavern, 10 Forward & Thé Cottonwood Hotel, she continues her quest to bring underground House Music to Omaha, one raver at a time. Angie is dedicated to the dance floor and all the beautiful souls on it!

Sharkweek, a prominent figure in the Midwest EDM scene, has been a dominating force for over a decade. Renowned for her intelligent track selection and intrinsic mixing style, she possesses a unique ability to captivate and command a dance floor in any setting.

Born with an innate talent for reading rooms and understanding the pulse of crowds, Sharkweek has earned herself a well-known reputation in the Midwest. Her intuitive sense of the audience's energy allows her to create banging dance floors, making her performances memorable and highly sought after.
