Kaneko, in partnership with the Bookworm, is hosting a author talk with Kathleen Watt to discuss "Rearranged: An Opera Singer’s Facial Cancer & Life Transposed," in conversation with Mark Gilbert.

The book follows Kathleen, who was a soprano signer for the New York Metroplitan Opera before a rare and vicious bone cancer, osteogenic sarcoma, blew her career up.

“Rearranged describes letting go to hold on; putting old pieces to new uses; and the unlikely arrangements that make everything work out.”
