Miranda McQuillan of Miranda’s Cheese Love, a specialty food, cheese and spirits business in Omaha, has teamed up with the Nebraska Science Festival and Site-1 Brewing to showcase the science of cheese. The discussion begins at 6:30 PM at Site-1 Brewing, 2566 Farnam Street.

The event is free, unless attendees purchase a $36 sampler of cheese to taste along. Tickets are required for this special event and can be found here.
