Aimee Gibson, PCC, of BraveJoy Leadership to Join the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Leadership Omaha Class 47

We are thrilled to announce that our Lozafina client Aimee Gibson, PCC, founder of BraveJoy Leadership, has been selected to join the prestigious Leadership Omaha Class 47! This exciting news comes following a rigorous selection process by the Greater Omaha Chamber, continuing a tradition of fostering leadership development in our community.

“I am grateful for this opportunity to meet and build relationships with other leaders in Omaha. I am looking forward to learning more about Omaha and how I might do my part to make greater Omaha an even more dynamic, growing, and inclusive city.”

Starting this summer, Gibson will embark on a 10-month leadership program focused on community trusteeship, awareness, and personal leadership styles. This program is designed to enhance the skills of Omaha's most promising leaders, preparing them to contribute effectively to the city's growth and development.

Gibson is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and former consulting executive with over 20 years of experience. She is highly regarded for her leadership coaching and effective group facilitation across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors globally. As an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University and American University, Aimee specializes in developing individual and organizational capacity, enhancing awareness, increasing effectiveness, and delivering results.

Gibson joins an impressive cohort of leaders from various sectors, including healthcare, education, architecture, and more. Each member of Leadership Omaha Class 47 has demonstrated strong community involvement and a vision for Omaha's future. This diverse group will collaborate, learn, and grow together, ultimately joining a network of over 1,700 Leadership Omaha alumni.

The Director of Community Leadership Programs, Daniela Rojas Florez, expressed her excitement about this year's class, stating, "We are proud of our members in Leadership Omaha Class 47, who are preparing to embark on a journey to strengthen our region through effective communication, increased awareness, strong leadership, and inspiration, both within themselves and for our city."
