Ed Luqueno-Galvan is a Bellevue East High School student and the Editor-in-Chief of the Chieftains’ Yearbook.

He is involved in several extracurricular activities, including cheer, Take2 Show Choir, and the National Honors Society.

Ed is interning for the Latino Center of the Midlands Siembra Nebraska Internship Program. This summer he serves as the social media content creator of Hiya, an online boutique store that promotes mental health awareness among teens.

1. Family.

Family is important to me. They have always supported me and had my back. My family helps me understand the world.

2. Work.

Work is a joy to me, and I love working with Lozafina because it helps me grow in my desired career. It also teaches me how to help others recognize what they are missing.

3. Education.

I enjoy learning about education because it helps me grow as a person and provides new information that I might need in the future.

4. Money.

Money is something I value because it is important in today's world. I also appreciate money because it allows me to buy things for my family and friends on their birthdays. I enjoy keeping track of my spending and savings.

5. Clothes.

Clothes are key items in my life because they reflect who I am as a person. They also display the colors that describe me. Clothes help me feel like myself and boost my confidence when going out into the world.
