By: Xitlally Velasco
The 49th annual Omaha Summer Arts Festival (OSAF), presented by the First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), will take place in Aksarben Village this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (June 9, 10, and 11). This free, vibrant event will showcase talented artists from across the country, exhibiting their breathtaking creations. In addition, there will be a hands-on Children’s Fair and a Young Artist Exhibition.
You can explore the Artist Gallery featuring a wide range of categories, including glass, wood, leather, sculptures, ceramics, and 3D mixed media. Mural cubes around the city and colorful chalk will make an appearance for more color to fill the space.
What is a festival without music? Local artists will grace multiple stages, delivering sensational performances in genres like Rock-n-Roll, Polka, Jazz, Latin, Pop, Blues, and more.
Satisfy your taste buds with delectable offerings from beloved food vendors like Deviled Egg Co., Guaca Maya Mexican Restaurant, Oklahoma Joe's, and a variety of options at Aksarben's Inner Rail, including sushi, pizza, and Indian cuisine.
Join in on this incredible summer festival to support and celebrate talented artists, musicians, and vendors.
