BraveJoy Leadership CEO Aimee Gibson Takes the Stage at CODE Conference

The Lozafina team proudly recognizes our client, Aimee Gibson, CEO of BraveJoy Leadership, for her impactful role as a breakout speaker at the Greater Omaha Chamber’s CODE Conference on Wednesday at the CHI Health Center.

Aimee Gibson, MBA, PCC, is a certified executive coach, facilitator and former consulting executive with over 20 years of experience in coaching and consulting. She is sought after as a talented leadership coach and effective group facilitator and consultant. Aimee has advised, coached and facilitated in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, representing various industries. She works internationally and for small and large local and geographically dispersed stakeholders. 

Bravejoy Leadership focuses on developing the capacity within individuals, teams and organizations to build greater awareness, increase effectiveness and strengthen well-being through a bold approach to leadership coaching and diversity, equity and inclusion facilitation. 

As an active member of HRAM of the Midlands’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Gibson supports the committee in evoking curiosity through learning, breaking barriers, and sharing diverse perspectives to change lives in the workplace and beyond. For her contributions, she won the 2024 Volunteer of the Year award. At Wednesday’s event, Gibson carried the conference’s message by leading an insightful discussion on fostering inclusion in our community and workplaces.
