Calling all Latino Students! The Barrientos Scholarship Foundation to Host Career Fair

The Barrientos Scholarship Foundation will host a career fair at Modus Coworking, 1901 Howard St, on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Barrientos Scholarship Foundation (BSF) designed the career fair to connect students with pathways and professionals in STEM, aviation, construction, engineering, architecture, health care, and business/entrepreneurship.

Attendees will gain insights into navigating the workforce as Latino professionals and learn about specialized programs that can help them thrive in these dynamic fields. This is an invaluable opportunity to network, gain guidance, and feel inspired by Latino role models who have paved the way in their respective industries.

BSF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Omaha, Nebraska, dedicated to reducing the financial burden on Latino students who have demonstrated academic excellence, community service, and personal ambition. Since its founding in 2005, the foundation has awarded over $335,000 in scholarships to students in the Greater Omaha area.
