Celebrating Women in STEM at Kiewit Luminarium’s Night Light Event

On March 6, Kiewit Luminarium will host a special edition of Night Light by celebrating women in STEM. March is Women’s History Month, and this 18+ evening is designed to honor and recognize the contributions of women working in science, technology, engineering, math, and related fields.

Attendees will be able to explore over 125 interactive exhibits and activities, each crafted to ignite curiosity and deepen understanding of the world’s many fascinating phenomena. The event supports Kiewit Luminarium’s mission to inspire lifelong learning and open doors to STEM careers for people of all backgrounds.

Adding to the excitement, this edition of Night Light will also welcome participants from the Nebraska Women in Tech Summit, which kicks off at the Luminarium that evening. The event presents a fantastic networking opportunity for professionals and enthusiasts in STEM fields while offering a hands-on experience.

Event Details

  • Who: All adults, ages 18 and over

  • Where: Kiewit Luminarium, 345 Riverfront Dr.

  • When: Thursday, March 6, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.

  • Admission: $20
