How to Level-Up Your New Year’s Eve Game
A round-up of events in Omaha to help you kick off the New Year.
Lexus of Omaha/Channel 94.1 FM: To the NYnes 2023 NYE
Lexus of Omaha joins Channel 94.1 FM to present one of Omaha’s hottest all-exclusive New Year’s Eve experiences this year. For the fifth year, the Omaha Design Center will host its grand New Year’s Eve celebration.
Gather your friends to dance the night away with DJ JAB, then join the extravagant confetti blast countdown. This event offers hotel packages with exceptional perks, such as transportation in a Lexus VIP Limo Bus, a king-size room for two, and entry into the party. Make this a night to remember by taking advantage of The Cabana Experience. This comprises tickets for groups of 10 or more, a private lounge, and a personal server.
Individual tickets and reserved tables still grant you an incredible time with red carpet photos, a hangover kit, a champagne toast, and more. Attendees must arrive by 10 p.m. and can party until 2 a.m. The Omaha Design Center is located at 1502 Cuming Street.
Throwback Arcade Lounge: “It Was All A Dream” New Year’s Event
Throwback Arcade Lounge is welcoming the new year with its biggest bash yet. Their New Year's Eve event brings DJ Rebirth to take you back to the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s by playing nostalgic hits.
Once the clock strikes twelve, watch as a massive confetti drop covers Omaha's only LED dance floor. Secure a VIP booth to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne. Food will be available by Top Fuel Grill.
Doors open at 7 p.m. with an open bar until 8 p.m. Throwback Arcade Lounge is Omaha's pre-eminent 80’s-style nightclub with free-play retro arcade games throughout the bar and a two-tiered roof-top patio bar. Tickets are $25 a piece or get a VIP booth for $100. Throwback is located at 1402 Howard Street.
Barnato: Long Live Tonight NYE w/LANCO
Barnato Lounge will enter 2023 with high spirits. The lounge will welcome multi-platinum country band LANCO for a full concert performance. Special guest DJs and other surprises will continue throughout the night.
For a remarkable evening, you can live up a VIP experience for two and be chauffeured in a Bentley for the evening. A complete food menu will be available to order from all night. Open seating will be available to all in the Pub and Bentley showroom, with additional restroom access.
Tickers are $65 a person and $200 for a reserved table. A speakeasy entry ticket is an additional $50. Go for a VIP experience for two is $2,500. Doors open at 8 p.m., and the party continues until 2 a.m.

Sullivan’s Steakhouse: Ring in the New Year at Sullivan’s
If you would instead take a break from the crowds and party ambiance, consider spending the last day of 2022 at Sullivan's Steakhouse. Celebrate the New Year with a full, astonishing menu, live music, and a champagne toast at midnight.

Celebrate the New Year at Home: Get Creative
As the holidays gather, we tend to feel FOMO (the fear of missing out) by not attending these lavish events in our best dress. But don't fret, as you can certainly create an unforgettable night in the comfort of your own home. You can get creative and impress your guests by preparing some tempting cocktails or mocktails.
Try a coconut mojito, a melon ball drop, or a pomegranate blueberry mocktail. You can create a stunning charcuterie board of exquisite meats, creamy cheeses, and candied fruits to accompany your tasty drinks. Speed up the night by doing karaoke to some of your favorite hits that keep you dancing until 12.
