Meet Tikka Talk: Lozafina’s Latest Client and Omaha’s First Indian Food Truck

Tikka Talk Omaha, Lozafina’s latest client, is powered by Sahil Sethi and Kanak Sabnekar, the dynamic duo behind the Indian food truck set to debut in late March with a soft launch on Feb. 15 at the Reverb Lounge. Born from late-night brainstorming sessions and a shared passion for bold flavors, Tikka Talk brings Indian-inspired street food with a modern twist to the Omaha community.

Sahil and Kanak’s vision for Tikka Talk stemmed from their love of food and its ability to connect people. They were inspired to create a mobile dining experience where Omaha residents could come together to enjoy unique flavors that celebrate Indian cuisine with a fresh, modern approach. Their journey has been fueled by creativity, determination, and support from their community, and they are excited to share their labor of love with everyone.

For those looking to start their own journey in the food business, Sethi expressed some words of wisdom.

“My advice is simple: start with passion, but plan with precision. Know your market, stay true to your vision, and be ready to adapt to challenges,” he said. “Building strong relationships with customers, listening to their feedback, and consistently delivering quality will set you apart.
