No More Empty Pots Accepting Applications for Paid Claire M. Hubbard Science Internship

No More Empty Pots is accepting applications for its paid high school science internship. The Claire M. Hubbard Science Internship explores STEM education and career pathways through hands-on experience. Students will receive $15 per hour and work part-time during the summer at the No More Empty Pots Greenhouse, 2120 N. 30th St.

Students may choose to apply for either the summer or fall internship. Summer applications are due by May 2, with interviews scheduled from May 12 to May 19. Fall applications are open until August 8. To apply, students must provide a letter of recommendation and a short personal essay.

No More Empty Pots offers three academic programs focused on entrepreneurship, workforce development, and community education. Kauffman FastTrac guides new entrepreneurs in creating a strong business plan, the Culinary Certificate provides on-the-job workforce readiness training and hands-on culinary instruction, and the Claire M. Hubbard Science Internship explores the exciting world of natural sciences.
