The Bloc will host the 2024 50 Over 50 Nebraska Awards Dinner & Ceremony at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Downtown Omaha on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM CDT.

This event will spotlight 50 exceptional leaders from across the state who have made outstanding contributions to nonprofit work, education, business, community involvement, innovation, healthcare and economic development. These individuals, whether widely recognized or working quietly behind the scenes, have helped shape Nebraska into one of the best places to live in the nation.

The evening will also include the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award, honoring an individual whose remarkable contributions have left a lasting impact on our community. This gathering provides a valuable opportunity to connect with some of Nebraska’s most influential figures while supporting The Bloc's ongoing initiatives.
