Keep scrolling to learn about the top five items Gibson can’t live without!

1. My Passport.

Traveling has allowed me to experience different cultures and gain new perspectives, helping me understand my own world more deeply. My first trip abroad at 14 sparked a personal goal: to visit 30 countries by the time I turned 30. With focus, creativity, and experiences like serving in the Peace Corps, I achieved that milestone—and went on to reach 40 by 40. I’m still exploring and learning, driven by the belief that this exposure shapes how I see and engage with the world.

2. My Contacts.

As I age, and having worn contacts since high school, I have learned to deeply appreciate the clarity my contacts enable and the ease at which I am able to take advantage of their benefit.

3. My Computer Mouse.

I rely entirely on my computer mouse to support every aspect of my work. It helps me create and execute projects, stay connected with others, shop, and continue learning and exploring new things.

4. A Good Pen.

As someone who loves to take notes, on paper without lines, I appreciate a high quality, smooth-writing pen. I also appreciate a pretty pen or one that has a meaningful message on it.

5. My Favorite Coffee Mug.

My morning coffee is a comforting and uplifting ritual that I savor throughout the morning—one reason I love a good travel mug to keep it warm. I also appreciate how coffee brings people together, creating moments for meaningful conversations that I’ve enjoyed in the past and look forward to in the future.
