Ivy League Golf Program Returns this Fall at Marian High School

We’re bringing you the latest news of Lozafina’s client, EPIC for Girls and its partner programs.

EPIC for Girls is a non-profit organization that empowers and supports young girls of color in sports while researching, advocating for, and funding innovative solutions that address inequities in sports. Additionally, in partnership with Lozafina, EPIC for Girls presents “Girl Talk,” a paid sports marketing internship for young BIPOC women to learn critical skills necessary to gain and maintain employment in the fast-paced world of marketing and public awareness.

The Latest at the Ivy League Sports Academy…

Ivy League Sports Academy, an EPIC for Girls partner program, is excited to announce the return of its fall golf program, which will run from Nov. 5 to Dec. 14 at Marian High School, 7400 Military Ave. The six-week program offers young athletes a comprehensive golf experience designed to develop skills, confidence, and sportsmanship. 

Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Providing ample time for players to learn, practice, and refine their skills. The program fee is $150, with a late registration fee of $175 after Oct. 26. 

To honor Thanksgiving, there will be no sessions from Wednesday, Nov. 27, through Friday, Nov. 29.

Ivy League Youth Sports Academy (ILYSA) is devoted to helping Omaha area middle school girls achieve success in sports while building character and life skills. ILYSA cultivates a fun, engaging environment where athletes improve their sports IQ, competitive strategies, and mental toughness.
