Restoring Dignity Presents Refugee Housing Study

ON OUR BLOCK: A running feature of inspiring events, people and stories.

By Tiffany Brazda

Did you know that up to 2,000 immigrants and refugees resettle in Omaha every year?

Organizations like Restoring Dignity provide support services to refugee families such as donated furniture and housing advocacy. Last year Restoring Dignity received funding from Front Porch Investments to conduct an in-depth study of refugee housing. Now that the study is complete, the organization is inviting community members to join a presentation of the results. You can join in person either Tuesday, July 16 at 6 p.m. or July 17 at 9:30 a.m. or via Zoom webinar.

If you plan on attending, RSVP here.
