Lozafina is proud to welcome yet another remarkable partner to the team. Casa de la Cultura is committed to fostering a vibrant community by preserving and promoting Omaha’s rich cultural diversity.

The organization empowers future leaders and families to thrive, contributing to the city’s economic vitality while creating a welcoming space for all to learn, grow and share in a collective heritage. As a recipient of the Henry Fonda Tourism Award from the State of Nebraska, Casa de la Cultura specializes in tourism, historic preservation, youth development and special events.

Casa de la Cultura's youth development programs are designed to create a supportive environment where young minds can grow, explore, and confidently prepare for the future. The Miss Program, a three-month initiative, empowers Latinas ages 5-20 through mentorship, networking, modeling, resume building, and specialized classes. The organization also offers a college internship that provides hands-on experience in marketing, event planning and programming. Additionally, in partnership with the Barrientos Scholarship Program, Casa de la Cultura helps ease the financial burden for students who demonstrate academic excellence, a commitment to community service, strong character, and personal ambition.
