The Race for Big Dreams is back this year with some new “upgrades.”

The main event is an untimed 5K or half-mile fun run or walk. The half-mile path is wheelchair accessible.

Before the main event, join in the first Lap of Champions. CRCC clients and families are encouraged to participate in this part of the race while supporters cheer them on.

The fun zone is also getting an upgrade and being relocated to the front of the race instead of mid-way through the race. The fun zone includes face painting, balloon twisting, coloring books, bracelet-making, cape decorating, VROOM! mobile sensory theater, an appreciation station and more.

This year’s event will honor CRCC member Talia, daughter of Jill Lund and Brent and Jillian Krumbach. Talia list her battle the congenital heart disease at the age of 14 in May 2023.
